Kilimanjaro, a well-established fast food chain in Nigeria, partnered with us to redefine its brand and break away from a saturated and visually indistinct category.

Operating in a highly competitive fast food landscape, Kilimanjaro had become visually indistinguishable from its competitors. The project focused on re-establishing a meaningful brand connection by building on the existing sunray motif and repositioning it around a renewed sense of optimism and energy. This led to a refreshed identity that feels vibrant, distinctive, and emotionally engaging for customers on-the-go.
The creative platform “Rise and Shine” and the idea “Grab a piece of shine” shaped a dynamic visual and messaging system. Elements from the existing logo were reimagined into flexible, eye-catching compositions, supported by an expanded colour palette inspired by morning light. This system was applied across marketing materials and in-store environments, creating a cohesive and uplifting brand experience that reconnects with customers.
