We get acquainted with you, your company's learning culture and the content for the project. In this first phase we determine what your objectives and the expected learning outcomes are.
From here a strategy and training analysis framework is created and agreed upon.
Here the courses and all the pre-determined learning specifications are assembled. Course design documents and templates are created along with a basic prototype. These can then be reviewed by you to make sure were are still on the mark.
Once you are satisfied with the compilation it is over to the next step.
The build begins. We use the design documents and templates to build the separate e-Learning objects and e-Courses.
Another opportunity is given to review the material and if all requirements have been met, the learning material can be signed off.
All the files are packaged and the handover begins. Here we train-the-trainer or pilot the courseware. The last updates are made and we give the reins over to you.
Know you can load the training material onto your learning management system and start to roll-out the training.
